Xior Student Housing contracts are open, unlimited contracts that run for the duration of your education or unless terminated by either party (a 1-month notice period must be taken into account).

How Can I Book A Room?

What Do I Need To Bring To My Room?

I have been living here for a year, and I can only say it is an incredible place to live. I personally would recommend it to everyone who wants to study in Maastricht. The facilities it offers are amazing, apart from the individual kitchens, there is a main kitchen with everything you need. You also have a library if you don't want to study in your room. So if you plan to come to Maastricht, I would recommend you come to Xior Bonnenfanten.

After living in Xior for almost two years, I can say it has an incredibly nice and pleasant atmosphere.
